Enjoy 2 patios, 2 BBQ grills, 2 kitchens, ping-pong, cornhole, beach chairs, wagons, and an outdoor shower. A 5-minute walk to the beach and a short stroll to Rosemary Beach shops and dining. Bike to Alys Beach and Seacrest, then gather poolside. Chateau Winston is cared for by Simple Luxury Retreats, a boutique management company.

This listing includes both houses on the property. One main house that overlooks the pool, as well as the carriage house that faces the street. The main house has 4-bedrooms with a private patio and pool that can be heated for an additional fee of $50/day. This includes 3 ensuite bedrooms with king beds and 1 bedroom with 4 single-size bunk beds (This room is open to the hallway and has a curtain for privacy) The carriage house is a studio-style apartment with a queen bed in the bedroom area that is separate but open to the main living area. There is also a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area that can accommodate 2 additional people. There is also a small kitchenette with a stove, microwave, mini fridge and dishwasher. The property is perfect for large groups and extended families traveling together. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and to gather together around the pool or in the large main house kitchen. Chateau Winston is located on Winston Lane, right at the edge of Inlet and Rosemary Beach. The nearest beach access is a one-block easy walk to the end of our street. The shops and restaurants at Rosemary beach are a five-minute walk away, and the other infamous 30A beach towns of Alys Beach, Seacrest, and more are a close walk or bike ride away. Whole foods and Publix grocery stores are nearby and offer delivery.
Other Details to Note
Our private pool is yours alone. The Rosemary Beach community pools and beach access points are reserved for that community, so we offer the private pool here as your own escape from the crowds. A public beach access sits at the end of our street, a three minute walk from the front door. Parking fits up to three vehicles. Overnight street parking is not available in the area, so please plan to keep vehicles on the property. This is a non smoking, no pet home. The guest who books must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. A standard rental agreement is provided after booking and is required before arrival. It protects both you and the home, and takes only a moment to sign. This home is on a septic pump system, so a refundable $500 security deposit applies to every stay. It is a hold, not a charge. The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout as long as nothing needs repair. You enter your card through the secure guest portal after booking. The deposit only comes into play if prohibited items are flushed and the system needs service.

The best way to enjoy your time and get around 30A is by bicycle or walking. Golf carts can be rented but most nearby beach towns like Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach do not allow golf carts, and parking is very limited. You cannot access our local beach access points by golf cart. There is limited parking in town for cars.
