Enjoy the prime location of the beautifully appointed 1 bedroom Winston Carriage House with a kitchenette. Located just a block from the beach and easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seacrest. Great for families or couples.
Good to know
The carriage house is a studio-style apartment with a bedroom area that is separate but open to the main living area. There is also a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area that can accommodate 2 additional people. The well equipped kitchenette includes a two-burner electric stove, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. There is a private entrance to your own courtyard with gas BBQ grill. The downstairs garage area houses a full-size fridge/freezer and a full-size washer and dryer. There is a ping-pong table as well as beach chairs and wagons you are welcome to use during your stay.
Other Details to Note
The Carriage House is a private, self contained retreat. The main house behind it, Chateau Winston, sleeps 10 and is booked separately, so it may have its own guests during your stay. There are no shared interior spaces. The pool at the main house belongs to those guests and is not part of the Carriage House booking. Your reservation includes one parking spot. The driveway is shared with the main house, so please use only your assigned space and keep the rest of the driveway clear. The Carriage House is not part of the Rosemary Beach HOA, so it does not include access to the community pools or beach access points. Getting to the sand is still easy. The closest beach access is a short walk to the end of our street, Winston Lane. This is a non smoking, no pet home. The guest who books must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. A standard rental agreement is provided after booking and is required before arrival. It protects both you and the home, and takes only a moment to sign.

Neighborhood
Our neighborhood borders Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach and is just north of the famous 30A highway that runs along the gorgeous Emerald Coast. Most of the homes around us are also vacation homes. You are a 10-minute walk to the many restaurants and boutiques in Rosemary Beach. The beach is a 5-minute walk to the end of our street, Winston Lane.
Guest Access
Guests of the Winston Carriage house have access to their own private courtyard with a BBQ, access to the carriage house garage with a full-size washer and dryer, ping pong table, large fridge, and beach chairs.

The best way to get around the local area is by foot or bicycle. Check our guide for bicycle rental information. You can reserve bikes ahead of your stay and the rental company will deliver them to the house. This is the best way to avoid the traffic that can occur on 30A and you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot. Keep in mind that although you can rent a golf cart during your stay, many of the communities on 30A do not allow golf carts, so you will be limited in where you can drive.
